AMA PRA Credit Designation Statement

Accreditation Statement
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the Elsevier Office of CME and Skin Disease Education Foundation. The EOCME is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 
 
The EOCME designates this educational activity for a maximum of 24 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)ä . Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Objectives of Program
Define current procedures to reverse aging changes Discuss state of the art technology for rejuvenation and body sculpting Explain the causes and potential treatments for cellulite Describe the indications and techniques for botulinum neurotoxin Describe the progression of facial skeletal aging changes and discuss remedies Explain the legal, regulatory and political issues of cosmetic dermatology Discuss the role of cosmeceuticals
Cancellation Policy
Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all fees. You must write, email or fax your cancellation request. There is a cancellation fee of $100 for registrants and $50 for each spouse/guest/child for cancellations received on or before March 15, 2008. All cancellations received after March 15, 2008 will be assessed a fifty (50%) cancellation penalty including spouse/guests and children. There are no refunds for cancellations after May 1, 2008. “No shows” are not eligible for refunds. Registration refunds will be processed within 60 days following the meeting. The registration fee covers attendance to the scientific meeting, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, exhibits and social events. Guest registration fee covers attendance to the continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, exhibits and social events and NO ADMITTANCE to the scientific meeting or lunches.

Hotel Reservations
Register for hotel reservations on line not available at this time. Call (310) 458-6700 ext 2555 or simply ask for Reservations Department - be sure to reference Cosmetic Dermatolgy Seminar. The hotel requires a minimum deposit of one (1) night's room charge plus 14.07% tax to guarantee a room. Cancellations occurring after May 20, 2008 or "no shows" will result in a forfeiture of the initial deposit including tax as a cancellation penalty. Reservations received after May 9, 2008 may be accepted on a space available basis at the prevailing rate. Change Policy: Any changes made to a reservation once made are subject to a $25 Administration Fee. The Hotel has an established rate of $10.00 per person, round trip for porterage service.
